Sweet and Sour Chicken

Sweet and Sour Chicken

4-8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
cornstarch
oil

Sauce:
3/4 c. sugar
4 Tbs. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 Tb. Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Dip chicken in egg and roll in cornstarch. Fry in small amount of oil. Put in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 325 for 1 hr turning chicken every 15 min.
