Snickerdoodles

Snickerdoodles

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix together thoroughly:

1 Cup Soft Margerine
2 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Sugar

Sift the following ingredients together and stir in to butter/egg mixture:

2 3/4 C. Sifted Flour
1 tsp Soda
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/2 tsp Salt

Roll into balls the size of walnuts. Roll in Cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake 7-10 minutes
