Creole Porkchops

6-8 Pork Chops
2 Tbsp. oil
1 cup catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
Salt
Pepper


  1. Trim fat off pork chops. (I also like to chop them up into about 1" cubes)
  2. Brown pork chops in oil.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
  5. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour.
Serve over rice.
