2 Tbsp. oil
1 cup catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
Salt
Pepper
- Trim fat off pork chops. (I also like to chop them up into about 1" cubes)
- Brown pork chops in oil.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
- Bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour.
Serve over rice.
